Reset?

I've just read a couple of threads about a reset? When is that happening? Why does it need to happen? It is survival after all, it doesn't need to reset. Everyone will lose their awesome builds!

People after a time gets bored cause they’ve achieved most stuff and people get too op basically. The server has been up for longer than 2 years I believe so people are bored

When a server resets they’ll announce it here on the forums in time. So when it happens whether it’s 12 weeks or 6 months you’ll know

Yah like said above people get too op and the game isn’t fun anymore, with the reset people can re do their progress and have some stuff to work for.

A reset always offers new gameplay possibilities and possibly a newer minecraft version.
So when it comes, do not lese it like something bad, but as a new beginning to make new experience and maybe to meet old players, who are currently lost their incentive.
