Reset Factions

Factions needs a reset, because.... Its a year old and it would be very fun for another reset on factions because starting new again would be another fun experience. And new players will join since its new. Also it would bring the attention of more players to join and have fun on the server.

Plus Maarten wants to fix the bugs that currently exists on factions before doing any resets since that would only cause more bugs to appear.
