Okay so here's a few suggestion requested by the community. Comment below if I missed anything or if ya disagree with anything ^-^

Envoys
Remove epearls and enchantment bottles. They're useless at this point in the game and people just seem to complain about it.

Add spawners in the higher tier envoy loot tables.
Maybe buff rare and higher envoy crate loot cause now you get better items from common ones.

Crates

Vote crates:
Remove the mcmmo from it or make it worth more, people who votes supports the server and getting 5k mcmmo is rather useless. Gotta make people want to vote tbh.
Add higher tier spawners with the same or less % as Leg key.
Remove the soul sand, why is it even there?
Bigger money notes.
Remove epearls, people just throw them out anyway.
Chance of getting 2-4 more vote keys.
Remove XP bottles.

Rare crate:
Remove mcmmo again, I get there's suppose to be both good and bad loot from crates BUT mcmmo is honestly useless in that small amount.
Bigger money notes.
Add useful spawners, not a parrot or ocelot..
Add 32/64 of creeper eggs or god apples?
Chance of getting 1-2 wither skulls?

Legendary crate:
Add a chance of getting rare keys from it?
Remove. The. Mcmmo.
Bigger money notes, you can get more from envoys which happens every 30 mins so.
Remove husks from the crates, they're useless unless your base is in a desert..
Remove the clays, move them to the Rare keys instead.
Add a small chance of getting a rank?
Maybe add gear with custom enchants?

KoTH loot:
Remove the emeralds and diamonds, change it to diamond blocks at least.
Remove the epearls.
Add a super small chance of getting something big like 1 Million dollar note, or blaze spawners etc..

The whole point is to keep things balanced you can't always get the rewards you want. All these "less" desirable rewards are necessary to keep balance in the economy.
The eco gets ruined the second people buy leg keys, spawners etc.
