Added Kitpvp baltop

Players should be able to use the /baltop command to see which players have the most money. It's fairly easy to add and would be nice to see who are the richest players on the server.

It is kinda like the top stats leaderboard but for money. It’s makes it more competitive and would just be nice to know who has the most money. It wouldn’t be that hard to add and it might not cause lag anymore if that was the case previously.

My point still stands, I dont see how baltop makes anything more competitive

As people compete for baltop and try to become the richest. There are also practically no drawbacks about adding it and I don't see a reason not too unless the command causes problems such as lag or bugs.

I think it'd be better just to see other people's balances just like /bal lleen for example.
