Muted for trying to help mods

Pretty simple. I was muted because I said "h@cking". So I got muted for trying to get a mod's attention. I don't see how this lines up. I also saw other players saying something similar to the word, but not getting muted. I'm wondering why this happened because it seems kinda weird to mute someone trying to help mods.

Depends on what the situation is on. If you were spamming, that isn't allowed. If you are impersonating a mod, which it is also not allowed.

Before this comment is locked.... it is a rule not to hackusate players. It is ok to message a staff member privately for this type of thing(I know this can be annoying, but their are reasons it is put in place). As well, if you got a warning for trying to bypass the chat filter, ignored it and then got muted, the ban is sadly fair... If not, click here and get yo' self unmuted!!
