Hey, so I wrote a ban appeal/ticket, I'm not sure how it works though. if its accepted, am I able to go back on to sc? or do I have to do something else?

Guys yesterday this was my favorite server... NOW it's THE WORST!

I just tried to log onto my MC account to see if my ban appeal had been accepted.. AND GUESS WHAT! IT SAYS I HAVE BEEN PERM BANNED FOR TRYING TO USE AN ALT!?!??!??! AND I NEVER DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE, Please help and tell me how I can get an admin OR SOMEONE/ANYBODY'S Attention because either their system is screwed up, or my brother got me banned AGAIN! Anyway please try to help me

Hey Emmmma, very sorry to bother u, but I am in need of some SERIOUS help right now I just tried to log into Snapcraft to see if maybe my ban was appealed, and NOW IT SAYS I HAVE BEEN PERM BANNED FOR USING AN ALT!?! I have NEVER used an alt in my life (BECUZ I DONT KNOW HOW!) and I never will use one! This is either a very big mistake, or my brother got me perm banned from a server, AGAIN. Please Please Please help Thank you.

I don't see how yelling and saying that the server went from the best to being the worse is gonna help you in any way to get unbanned. Make an unban appeal under the support section, change the department to appeals, and describe your problem. If what you say is true, then good, you'll get unbanned, if it's a lie, you'll most likely stay banned. I would gladly recommend you don't lie in your unban appeal in order for you to play on Snapcraft again. If it's a lie, they will know.

Read what Marc said, also, I am guessing you were banned permanently for evading your ban on an alt, and chances are you're lying otherwise you wouldn't be banned.

Welcome... Sorry you got banned, I would make an appeal. If you are lying, and did try to use one I would just be honest. If you are honest and put some detail you will get unbanned. If you are innocent then do your best to explain your sitution..

On the note of getting permanently banned, I would recommend making an appeal, with complete transparency of the situation. Unless this issue was already resolved. Good luck.
