I Was Pro But Now I'm Not?

My IGN is Diamond_Launcher. The last time a played on the server was about 2 years ago. I had bought Pro rank and if u do not believe me I still have a coloured nick. when I logged for the first time in 2 years I wanted to change my nick. I did /nick but I didn't have access to the command, I then tried /fly but I didn't have that either. I am wondering if there was a reset, if not I would like to have the pro rank back.

Last December there was a problem with the server that caused a hard drive failure. Everyone’s ranks were taken away. Luckily, you can email [email protected] to get it back. You will get back your rank after telling them about it.
