i found a door glitch on snap office

hey as you saw in the title i found a door glitch on snap office, making me unable to do a jump that others can do i couldnt find a screenshot because i cant find the folder, but yeah its a breaking glitch which makes the lower part closed but the upper part opened, how can i fix this

This could be due to the Minecraft version you are playing on. I would suggest playing on 1.8. I currently do so and experience no problems.
