SKYBLOCK HEADWARS CANCELLED | Quitting the server

Unfortunately the headwars event on skyblock has been cancelled as I am quitting the server. After the rollback all the items in our Enderchests were erased. I lost mils in stuff but other got it even worse and lost 50 USD in stuff. Whats even more ridiculous is the staff response. No staff are doing nothing to get it back. Thus, I am quitting the server just like half of Skyblock is. We are done with the incompetent Higher up staff team and are frustrated. The staff also banned my friend permanently for a mute bypass and has also banned one of the best helpers on the server wowoow. They are also failing to take action again YBNBA a scammer who has scammed ig spawners, legendary keys, hoppers and 800k. This is ridiculous, the server and the staff team. This server can forget about anymore donations or votes from me.

Goodbye and sorry for the inconvenience.

By any chance I return to the server, the Head Wars will definitely happen! Via thread repost.

You can see how it is extremely frustrating that after the server rolled back (which is understandable) people lost millions of items. and lots of items worth real life money. It sucks that the staff team is just brushing it off. I feel as if the reset itself, aswell as telling people to use the support email address to get their items back, needs to be advocated more publicly.

I'm sure the staff team is under great pressure but I do myself feel like more needs to be done about the problems with skyblock in the past 24 hours. A reset was the right idea, but so many people that log onto the server have no idea it was even rolled back 24 hours until they notice all their progress is lost.

I know an instance where a player was muted for asking for help from an admin. I don't know if the mute was because the player spammed the staff member, but I feel as if staff could be more mature with circumstances like these.

There needs to be some sort of discussion about players with the latest problems, players shouldn't need to be going out of their way to get back lost purchases or items, it should be a service provided by the server.

We aren't going to know who has lost what and what they have lost, hence why we are getting the players to contact us about it as it makes the process a lot easier. As for the player that was muted, im sure the admin had a very good reason to mute them, and if the player feels like if was wrongfully muted then he can appeal. End of story.

Understandable, thanks for clearing that up. As for the muted player, I do understand that there could have been a good reason to mute, I only heard the players side of the story so yeah.
