I've been using version 1.12.2. The thing is I've been on this server for over 2 weeks now, and this suddenly has occurred. What versions of Minecraft are you both using?
Also you and I aren't the only ones who are dealing with this. People even tried talking to the owner to get this fixed. I have seen at least 2 more people come out and say they deal with the exact same issue. This also happened to me too and I'm pretty sure it's a troll. I'm wondering if its possible I could get my inventory cleared as well so I can keep playing on the server for more than 0.25 seconds before getting kicked.
(Also I spelled my name wrong when signing up, its supposed to be Pugcharm lol!)
Exactly what they said, for now maybe just try going onto a different server inside of snapcraft? Such as skyblock?A problem has gone around with Shulker spamming.
so here's how minecraft work, the server sends information to your client and your client runs your game. the client expects a "packet" smaller then 2097152 byes (2mb) per chunk. the problem is that the person you tp'ed to has filled your inventory with shkulker boxes. these shulkers will be full of books which most likely have random Unicode in them. all of a sudden the server is sending your client all this information about your inventory which is located in the chunk you are in and the client says "sorry there is something wrong cause that was way to much information. instead of breaking ill disconnect."
to fix this i would recommend making a ticket under bugs explaining yourt problem and staff will clear your inventory. they have done this for me and a few others i know of. please pass this on as it is problem and hope you can all connect to the server again soon.
