Banned

Hey guys I have been banned for ChargeBack. I don't know what that means and highly doubt that I am responsible. Please help me I love this server so much and just want to continue playing.

Banning from charge back is because you bought something on the store, and then charged back. as a result you are banned from the server. to fix this you have to repay for the item/rank that you charged back on the store. you will be unbanned from the server after that but you will no longer be able to make any purchases on the store.

If you believe this is an error, i suggest making a bug report (https://snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open) and remember to change the department to "Bug reports."

Earlier in the week, I had a player buy a rank for me. So he must have done the chargeback. So what can I do?

Let this be known to everyone that this is why staff don't support trades of in game money for a rank. However check your messages and i hope that helps.

Wait for a reply on your ticket or create a ticket if you haven't already under "Appeals"
