I tried to log into snapcraft today and got this message "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" what is going on?

I had the same problem, but after restarting my game it worked. Although, there may be a different solution for others.

Try restarting you router and restarting your minecraft launcher.
