Help with my rank

Maybe like 2 years ago I bought Paladin rank. This is my first time playing this server in like a year, probably longer. I don't have my paladin rank anymore, and no one will help me. I really hope I didn't waste my money. I also had VIP in Earth Games, and that's gone too. Along with my stats but I don't really care about that.
