Question About Applications

If I were to apply for the Helper role, get denied, and then decide to apply again four weeks later, would it be okay to only add things to my original application? or does it have to be pretty significantly different than the first one? I'm also not sure if this is the correct place to post this but if it's not please let me know. Thanks in advance

Try not copying too much from your first application as that one was clearly denied for some reason and copying it would just be a waste of yours and staff time. Try writing up new and creating something better than your first application. You could redo your first one just in more detail and add more things to it. You could include small things from your first, don't copy a whole paragraph from it, just a few sentences or so, but just try avoiding copying the majority of it.
