Added Prison needs a update.

Myself and many other regulars that play on prison are talking about how the server is dying and that we need more "interactive things to do as well as change the blocks in prestige mines as they are not worth even ranking up to and lastly how pvp mine needs to change as it has gotten boring." As a player who has gotten FREE rank on the server and have been playing for around 2 years now in total i have come across very little change in the server itself. I got to free and i see nothing but wooden bridges, nerd poles, random blocks and mobs don't move. this being said its price point of 500b is a serious let down as in free there is not much to do or see also considering that the spawn point for free is literally a wooden hut. the prestige mines blocks hardly change the percentages and not worth even thinking about ranking up to. Now about pvp mine, nothing and i mean nothing has changed it is the same square with a little overhang. i don't want to see a huge change but at least make it something different... i've seen other prison servers "pvp mine" and their whole pvp is an area where you can really run around and there is open space with some obstacles. i feel like this would be an amazing change for pvp and really get people into pvping on the server instead of "nakeds" running in there and just punching people. Lastly i would like to talk about the interactive aspect of the server. we have 2 bosses both of which are relatively easy to beat with minimal gear for percentages to get good loot from the crate insanely low considering i can sell the keys or tokens for more then 50-75% of the items in the crate, so if there would be a way to make maybe a new boss or 2 etc i could see that only benefiting the server. Next i would like to say the only other interactions is the slots at spawn which hardly get used period as well as them being terrible as in what you receive IF you win people go and make their own casinos to make money from potentially. So maybe adding something like a small free world where players can run around and pvp other players that are out and open chests that are scattered around with items spawning inside anywhere from coal they can sell to maybe even a new boss token or some better pvp gear. Again these are all just ideas and i do love this server without a doubt but after 2 years and no change i can really see why players are leaving. Take with my post as you will, but just thought i could throw some ideas out and see if maybe some things can change and bring back players.

I 10/10 agree here with Ryan, there need to be more changed to the prison server and especially the prestige mines, it takes 10B just to get to prestige 1 and a lot of people who are in prestige 1 mine or higher say that its basically mine z but a tiny bit better. I am not in prestige 1 yet so i cant confirm this myself but i trust the people who have said these things.

I'm totally agreeing with you. Not many things have been changed since the start of Prison (2 years ago). No new builds, bosses have been added. The FREE world spawn should be something big and grand, but no, it's just a wooden hut that a 6 year old can build. As a Prestige 3 player I don't see any point of saving the huge amount of 500B that it cost's to /ru to FREE. Many of the "OG" players have quit and right now as an active player I can say that not many people come and actually stay for a long period of time. Even some small change should be made...

I completely agree with what Ryan is saying, Prison is and has been for a long time my favourite server but it is becoming boring and the slow decline in players backs this opinion up massively... Minecraft as a game recently has grew in player popularity a substantial amount! But snapcraft prison hasn't.

I think the point has been made that prison needs some improvements.
Also the ideas Ryan proposes are really cool and should be considered, but so are many others that iv seen or heard. If there do become any plans on improving prison then there should be a thread made were everyone can say there ideas im sure theres plenty out there that would make prison drastically better.

I haven't been playing Prison for very long, but I do still agree about some of the things in this post. I feel the pvp mine could be a lot better than it is. I think it would be cool to warp to the pvp mine and have an open space like in kit pvp, but the ground is made of ores instead of grass.I understand having a bigger area could mess with some pickaxe enchants such as slicing, but it would still be good to add something to it.

I agree with Ryan deeply, I may have only been playing prison for about 8 months but I'm already feeling the emptiness of the pvp mine. I do love this server so whomever reads this just take it into mind that if some changes dont happen then the server will die! Please take this into consideration.

this is a personal opinion, i can't say that survival doesn't need to be updated but as one of the most active players on prison, prison for sure needs updates. I'm also not saying one should take priority over the other just giving my thoughts on the server i play on.

I agree with what Ryan has said. There has been no change on prison ever ssinceI started to ay on it. The only change I've seen staff do was accidentally delete our stuff in our enderchests. It would be nice if a new map was made since the builders arent doing anything else it seems like.

I''ve never seen any gamemode get huge updates without a reset.

Reset usually comes with many updates and always increases the average number of players.

Prison needs updates for more content and variety.
Survival needs a reset due to outdated plugins and scavenged wilderness etc (which is being worked on, apparently).

Am I agreeing/disagreeing to any of the opinions? Not really.

Agreed with ryan's idea of prison's rework. I just started playing on prison 2 weeks ago and in my opinion there are some improvements which could be made

Yea i totally agree, i have not played here for long but i can definitely get why people are quitting.
PVP has nothing special with it, its just a square with ladders and a higher middle center, definitely needs an update.
