Never Signed Up On Snapcraft.net And My Email Banned?

Just a quick question, my wife JUST bought Minecraft and we started her on snapcraft, well when she tried to sign up on the forums it says her email is banned? she never even tried to sign up before this. Her character is LilithianZ and her email that is being banned i will message the admin that takes this case

Is the email account a hotmail one? Eg. [email protected]

nope its a @yahoo.com one

Pretty sure both of those emails are disabled. (They cause issues). I would suggest creating a gmail account, and create your account that way.
