Muted

So I stayed over at my friends house over the weekend and we were playing Minecraft. He was playing Earthgames and I was interested so he gave me the ip and all and I joined. Now keep in mind that I've never been on this server ever before that day. Anyways we were playing Earthgames and I saw that he leveled up in his chat. I wanted to know what level I was so I said something in chat but it said I was muted. Now awhile ago I had logged into my friends desktop over at his house because my computer was broken at the time. I never logged out afterwards and he used my account for his alt on Cosmic Factions. He then gave it away to his skype friend who had been banned for hacking. I was unaware of all this until I recently got my new computer for Christmas. I went through lists of servers and found that I head been banned and/or muted. Now I can live with being muted, however I feel as if it was unfair.

Regardless of who did it, you're completely responsible for anything that happens to your account. You can make an appeal at https://snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open and change the department to "appeals"
