StarryOmen is Abusing?

I recently bought a spawner off of /ah, and it was named 'rzombie Spawner'. I do this thing where I buy stuff for a low price and sell it for a higher price, so I decided to sell it for 15k more than the original price after I bought it. About 20 minutes later, I get banned for 'ah scamming' by StarryOmen? Why? It has the same id and the same picture as a normal Zombie Spawner, but it got renamed. I wait until the ban is over (30 min) and log on. I sell it under a different name - Teh Zombeh Maker (yeah I know ) and I get a reban for ah scamming.

Why?

It's a Zombie Spawner for god's sake, it's not like I'm selling tripwire hooks with the name 'Legendary Key Crate'...

Please reply as soon as possible.

When your ban is over log back in for me, and then spam message me till I respond.

The spawner was renamed and commonly, renamed items are attempted scams. The reban was to justify that there would be no second attempt to scam. Proof that it is a zombie spawner would be more helpful than opening a ticket and claiming it was abuse. (your bantime ended, just log on and message wiggy)

I think pressing f3 + h and then hovering over the spawner and looking if it is the same ID as an original spawner will be good proof?

First off, I would like to say that we are sorry if this whole incident is an inconvenience to you.
Your ban has been extended to 24 hours, due to the fact that no proof was given. Please do not be angered by this decision.

Things to make sure about in the future:
1. If you are selling a spawner or high valued item in the auction house, please make sure it is not edited (i.e. Name changes)
2. If you feel like your item maybe risky to sell, then DON'T sell it! That's the worst thing to do in this situation. If you want to take a chance with selling said item then please take a screenshot of the id and specifics of the item (F3 + h).


If you want to appeal - I suggest just waiting out the one day ban - do so here under the department "Appeals" : www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open and if you have any questions please message me or another staff member.
