Quick question

When I logged back on to survival after 2-3 weeks I've seemed to have lost my level, but I still have my extra heart like if I did have my previous level (I was level 120ish I think). Was it reset and I just wasn't on when it happened? Because I still seem to have my skill in different categories (I'm still level 505 in swords and such).

Your help would be much appreciated.
