    You are selling virtual products which means it will be treated as such. When you deliver a product that is defect or taken away because your server is crap people have a full right for a refund.

    On top of this you are not even allowed to sell products that directly intefear with the game play itself. This is against Mojangs Eula rules that YOU, Sir, are violating. Meaning your whole liability is one big joke.

    I will start the necessary steps to start claims against you. Please acknowledge the fact that starting claims is a legal act where you have no right to simply ‘ban’ people for making use of this right. That would be an act of treating people (into being banned in this case) if they make use of their legal rights, which is highly sueable.

    I mean if you're planning on doing so continuing to play will make a for a weak case. Do as you please this is the last time I will respond to anything as my legal team says that is the best step to take in case of legal action.

    I can continue to 'play' WITHOUT making further investments in this potatoes excuse of a server, since I also invested a lot of time building a base. That been said I still lost stuff due server related issues, which isn't fair. And I know I'm not the only one.
