You listed an item with an offensive name. You were banned by a Helper however the ban needed to be extended, hence why you were banned again. If you feel your ban is unjust, by all means appeal here: https://snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open. Make sure you change the department to 'Appeals'.

I did an appeal. they denied it, said they "didn't think i had learned my lesson" even tho i did my 24 hours and apologized profusely.
meanwhile mbuster2 and doug and so many others are banned for clienting for 24 hours only...i get 3 days. seriously? Ijust spent a lot of irl money today too...guess ill get that refunded from my card.

The people who were banned, also had their bans extended, longer than yours. Refunding your purchases on Snapcraft will result in a permanent ban from the server and a ban from all buycraft websites, it is illegal. I'd advise just waiting the ban out.

according to my credit card company, they said just now, that if I have been banned, from utilizing what I purchased today that it can be refunded no problem.
Ill have to think if I really even want to continue on this server as the ones that pay to be un banned (real life money) is also not legal...yet it occurs.

I have never been banned on any server, ever, in my life. Never have I used a client. ever. I spent too much money real life, to be banned over a name of something that i didnt even name, it wasn't mine. I wasn't even thinking about the name when i ah it. i would never say those words, ever.

What really sucks is the rest of the irl deals I was going to do for a few more people tonight. Acitech, smurfvillage etc which that's irl money for your server, but I wont be buying anything anymore if this is how you do it here. Favorites who spend a ton of irl money purchase their way outta bans... others I guess just get looked over bc they buy everything on this server.
