Yup, or any of us. I'm not sure that there's much of a form or anything for the Builders, but the basic guidelines are to get a plot, then build something as detailed and original as you can. You can still do towers, houses, etc. but it would be advisable to put your own spin on it and make the build awesome. Interior designing is also advisable to add. When you finish making it, have Alec or Luckrod check it out.
