Are the mods better pvp, better hud and xaeros mini/world map allowed

So I am a little confused on what clients we can use. In the rules it bans things like labymod, lunar client, and cosmic client. Does this mean the whole client isn't allowed or just the obviously unfair things such as printing? Cause HUD and togglesprint seem like reasonable support.
