• I am currently Hero Rank and am trying to get up to Faithful but it will only give me the option to buy the full rank, please help or fix this

I think when you enter the store and enter your username it discounts it for you, but don't quote me on that.

Exactly what Shadow said. The price displayed is the discounted price.

It shows 55 USD to go up to faithful from hero, is that a correct price. cause im pretty sure thats just faithful rank with the 45% off

I'm not too sure, as i thought the same think when i though about getting King on Survival (i'm a VIP+ at the moment) as it said £66 which looked like just the 45% off Summer sale.
*EDIT* King's Normal Price is £121 and 45% off is £66 which meant i'm not getting the £30 off as i'm a VIP+, but i will probably contact Snapcraft to sort it out and i think you should too at [email protected]

I'd contact @Maarten if you're not getting your full discounted price. Or open a support ticket under the webshop department.
