Enderchest glitch

Hi can you please fix the enderchest glitch it keeps on happening to me, I lost so much god sets and heads and god apples If u want to see it first hand pm me ill send u my skype info and ill screen share also, Sometimes my stuff stays in there and then disappears the next day.

Maybe Instead of Enderchest maybe we can have player vaults?
and Non donators can have 1 player vaults and warrior can have 2 , Knight can have 3, and paladins can have 4? And u guys can make player vaults buyable like 10k is another player vault and the max playvaults u can have is 5?
