I Just Got Banned For No Appartent Reason

Hello I am 7even11enven, I Play on survival and I am a Ultra rank, today my brother 9ine11leven, King Rank got banned for 5 days and about 1 hour into his ban, I got banned for 5 days as well for apparently being the alt of 9ine11leven, this is not true. I got muted which is fine and then I got banned by Craftermanamz. I want to ask if I could be unbanned as I am not the alt of 9ine11leven I am his brother. Well I may as well move on to another server but there is no other server than Snapcraft.
