Did snapcraft change Proxies or something>?

Usually I get around like 60 to 40 ms on snap But Now I get 200 and above Did U change proxies or something

I have been receiving the same effect especially on zombies. Lag in the lobby and duels have prevented me from playing on it and have definitely been hurting the server.

I have always gotten +100 ms on the server. Don't know why
