Hi, I'm kinda new here, and I need a bit of help.
I really like doing parkour so I did all of the free levels. I then saw that you needed VIP or Pro to continue and, seeing they were on sale, went to buy VIP.
I saw the notice saying it usually takes five minutes but, in rare cases, can take up to 60 and so I waited five minutes but nothing happened. I relogged a few times to see if that was the problem but no, it still didn't work. I waited another about fifteen minutes then decided I'd just come back later to see if it had arrived. I've just logged back in, maybe a few hours later, and it still hasn't arrived. Then my little brother told me that buycraft had been down and I'm not sure if that's the problem or not but I'm not really sure how to solve it
I'm not sure if I posted this in the right section, and I'm sorry if it's not.
If you need proof of purchase I can post it if needed.
