Some Questions

I'm fairly new to ZombieV so I just had some questions.

1) How many waves are there all together? Are there a different amount of waves for each difficulty or not?

2) How many times do you have to die before you get kicked out of the game?

3) How long does it take to respawn? I know there's a timer, but I never manage to get a good look at how long it actually is.

4) A general question about the server but... does the server restart everyday? For each day I've played there has been a server restart, so I was just wondering.

Sorry if that was a lot of questions, I'm just wondering about these things.

1. 50 waves on every difficulty.
2. You don't get kicked unless everyone in that game dies.
3. 20-30 seconds, not sure exactly.
4. All server restarts a few times everyday to prevent lag.
