If I Can offer you advice without revealing to much. In your approach your at the part now where you should focus on the submission method. Was that clear enough of a hint?

Has anyone unscrambled it? Because again I'm pretty sure I did, though I don't want to participate if someone already has found it. xD

Note: I haven't used the submission method because I'm wondering if someone has already done it.

It's too confusing.. Hints are confusing and the way you want us to do it is too confusing.
how about giving us a simple example without too much expaining?

The second part (the scrambled message) is how to tell me the answer to the riddle.
You are the closest person to the correct riddle answer.
