Or restart your computer/laptop. Maybe try uninstall minecraft then install again. I am sure staff are working on fix with lag/glitch.

You should never post a video of suspected hacking to the forums. You only tip off the people doing it and now if they get banned they know it was you that reported it. In the future produce a support ticket for this sort of problem and don't give anyone suspected of wrong doing a heads up by posting publicly in the forums about it.

2: There's nothing we can do about someone killing you when you glitch, you were in KitPvP so the point is to kill players. If you were noticing you were glitching you could have relogged, checked your ping, and/or made sure you're not running too many programs for your computer to handle.
