Horse Spawner: When is it gonna spawn?

I placed a Horse Spawner on the floor and surrounded it with walls. But it's passed 4 days, and I did not get even one mob. When is a horse gonna spawn? Thanks!

How can I manage the horses? I have one horse showing that it's actually 30 horses.

Hey, the horses should be spawning somewhere else around you then- find those horses kill them and they should spawn where they should
