What is the best way to get custom enchants?

Get 30 lvls and enchant the item at /warp enchant. The chance of you getting a custom enchant it's pretty big.

Yes Holdstock is right, enchanting at level 30 increases your chance of getting a custom enchant on an item.

All enchantment tables have the same chances.

Pretty sure you can't get custom enchantments from enchanting tables only from /enchant

Nope

You can get custom enchantments from the enchantment table . That's the only way I get them .
