Just a little question , can we vote many times but with different account ? Just to get more things ? Thanks !

I am not sure. But it doesn't matter though. If you vote with a different account, the example123 account's voting points will not be added to your account. However, you can still get example123's vote keys to your account.

If you are using a VPN to vote, that is not allowed and will result in a ban if found doing so. If you have a friend that lives next door or something and doesn't play the server then he can probably vote for you since you do not live on the same IP but if we see multiple people and the rewards are being transfered to one person, we will possibly take action.
