Broken home tp

So I think I may have placed a chest or some other block either in or near my home tp, and it's cause it to give me the message "Unsafe Teleport Location" whenever I try to tp to it now. I don't have any other way to get back to my base so I was wondering if there's some way to get past this unsafe tp thing. Also yes I tried using /back, didn't realize my screwup early enough though. I don't have a faction home set in the base either.

The only way you are able to get back to that location is if someone else has a tp there or you will have to run there yourself. We cannot teleport you back to your base. Be more careful next time
