Youtube rank on SnapCraft.NET

Hello, i would like to apply for [YouTube] Rank on snapcraft, i am 15 and would like to apply for my use on SnapCraft network, joined a year ago and would like to apply for YouTube Rank, it would really help me out since i have none of [MOD] Or [HELPER] in snapcraft/any other server, sorry for lack of punctuation.

Reason:I have no experience of any other server of [MOD]/[HELPER]/[BUILDER] on any other server i have also not gotten any other YouTube Rank.

you need more then 31 subs..

You need at least 500 subs and an average of at least 250 views per video I believe. You are nowhere near to either of these.
