Rank is Gone?

[Ridikulous]

I played snapcraft about three years ago and I played a ton and spent about 100$ on the game. I had the rank "Elite" on Survival (the money I spent) and I logged on today out of curiosity and I saw my rank was not there. My username is HweatThins and I'm currently looking through some of my old photos in hopes that I might be able to find a picture of when I had the rank. This is not the first time it has happened to me and I would like my rank back or at least an explanation and a refund please.

Mine is not working and is not displaying that I had the rank when I tried to do reclaim, if I find proof such as a screenshot of when I had the rank would someone be able to manually give it back to me?
