My username is HweatThins, I've been a snapcraft player for three years now but I quit as of last year. I come back on to find that my $100 elite rank is gone! Then people try and tell me that I should go on rank reclaim and try and get it back. Well that doesn't work for me as my rank isn't there. I'm disappointed because I spent $100 on this rank and It is now gone. I would like my rank back as soon as possible or at least a refund. I believe there is an error with your rank reclaim systems as my friend PandaDoes got his rank back even though we played together multiple years and I know him in real life. He made a post similar to mine and got his rank back so I would like to be compensated as well please,
