To tell you the truth I am sincerely pissed off at this server currently. It's completely stupid that I pay 100$ for my elite rank on survival and then your drive shuts down and my rank is Gone. 100$ down the drain! I would like a refund or my rank back and I swear to God if one of the moderators says to go do rank reclaim with a link again I'm going to be pissed off! The rank reclaim system is broken and hasn't worked for any of my friends that tried it. This is my third damn post trying to get my rank back and I'm going to be very upset if it's not fixed soon
