Ban Appeal

I was playing on the server yesterday, and i got auto banned and i still havent figured out why and then i hopped on my alt today and after about 20-30 mins i got auto banned on that account too i cant figure out why i was wondering if there was a way to atleast shorten my bans if not that i is completely fine i understand
