legend on creative since it came out, its gone now, wyd snapcraft

It's January 3, 2018 and when I logged on with my friend who is also a legend she noticed that I didn't have the legend rank that I payed for a few years back. Originally I had purchased the Master rank but later upgraded to Legend when it came out. Am I able to get my rank back? My username used to be AllyTehDino / __Allysaurusss__ so if there are any people that played on the creative part of snapcraft a few years ago please help a pal out lol
