Please help my IGN is "daycom", I have been banned for "Chargeback Auto-Ban" by console? I am very confused because I did not do anything wrong nore broke any rules. I dont even know what "Chargeback" means?? Please someone help me. And also I bought a rank yesterday and I still haven't received by now and when I logged on this morning I got banned... PLEASE someone help. I have proof of my rank purchase please someone help ASAP.
