Please help

So I came back on snapcraft today, I go on ZombieV and notice I don't have my VIP rank.
So then the "lost your rank" link comes up I click it. So when I click the "Beta VIP zombiev rank reclaim" it doesn't add anything to my cart. I need help on how to fix this.
