My VIP Rank is lost

I made the VIP rank on the server with the name w6_ last June so. I hugged myself and the war of rank still comes, now I'm online today and my VIP rank is gone.

And i have try it with reclaim but it doesn't worked.

Sry my englisch is not so good. I am German

Go to the store, and click rank reclaim. If that doesn't work, email [email protected]

Hi Jugendgericht,
This happened to me, however the system automatically reclaimed my VIP rank. It is unfortunate that yours has not been reclaimed yet. It is best to notify staff of your issue and they will work it out.
