Survival Creative Inventory Lost

Whenever I go into creative and log out with Creative on and come back into the survival selected server my whole inventory goes away. I have lost my inventory twice including armor. This happened to me 3 times in the last week. I lost my Lucky II sword and most importantly I lost my Legendary Axe which I bought 5 keys from now I cant obtain these items back.
I messaged helpers and they didn't respond.
