Cant connect to hub

Does anybody know the direct ip for the factions server? i cant reach the hub

Do /hub. If that still doesn't work, relog.

Doing /spawn will bring you to the spawn point area of Factions.

Do you mean you are not able to log on to Snapcraft at all? Or that you are not able to get on to the hub from one of the gamemodes?

No one was able to connect to the server a while ago. It's fixed now. You should be able to log on now.

This may be a weird question, but have you updated Minecraft recently? I used to be able to connect maybe 1 out of 4 times. Now that I started updating more frequently it seems I can connect every time.
