Skeleton spawner problem

I placed 3 skeleton spawners in my skeleton grinder but only one of them will spawn skeletons, does anyone know why?

I think it is because it is light?

Maybe these:
1. Small space
2. Lack of light
3. Too many blocks around

Try making the room as dark as possible. If that doesn't work, try expanding it. Also, if the spawners are right next to it, some of them might not work. Hope this helped.
