After about 10 hours I finally got a level 3 slicing pickaxe and then I went to thedestroyer99's warp and it put me right into lava and I lost my pick. Is there any way I could get that pick back? Also, could you ban him for 30 days to teach him a lesson?

I suggest you do what Ryry said, and make a report, but unless you have proof of you having the pickaxe when dying, you won't be able to get it back. The player that made the warp should be banned, so if you have video proof of that, please make a report.
