Quite a while ago I purchased the "Legend" Rank on the faction server on the Snapcraft official server, and It appears to have disappeared. I cant equip the kit or use any of the commands I usually would have. I did receive it when I purchased it, but now it is gone. On top of that, I can't re-purchase it or any other rank from your online store. If I could figure out what had happened, that'd be great.
