Spawning in the PvP Zone

I do not play Kit Pvp, but i join it daily to make sure i received my vote keys on each server. The problem arises when I join the Kit Pvp server and i spawn in the pvp zone, which results in me getting killed and losing my vote keys.
This has happened 2 days in a row.

Why is this happening and is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

I don't know why, but my best suggestion for you is to open a support ticket here:

Change department to bug reports.

If you log out while in the PvP zone, you will spawn there once you log back in. If you don't want to spawn there, do /spawn before you log out. If this doesn't work, then make a bug report as EpicAgentJ told you to do.

I log out in the /spawn zone but when i log back in, I'll fall though the floor into the pvp zone. I'm creating a bug report as suggested.
